<Description>
<DescriptionText><text>
This parameter is set automatically when a "Load Bay" command is sent from the
workstation. If the subscan size is less than or equal to 450mm, then two plates
must be loaded in the bay. This parameter is thus set to 2. If the subscan size
is greater than 450mm, only one plate can be loaded in the bay, so this parameter
is set to 1.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
The value of this parameter determines whether the firmware thinks it is running with
single plates or double plates. If this value gets set to 2, then both plate stack
sensors are checked for plates before the pick can begin. If this value gets set to 1,
then only the right hand plate sensor is checked. In addition, if this ptl parameter
gets set to 2, then the plate_loc p status2 parameter gets set when the plates are picked.
Otherwise, the the status2 parameter is left at 0.
